"Fact or fiction?" by Cristina, class 6D

The Island Under the sea.

Atlantis was an island in the Atlantic Ocean . The king was Poseidon. He was the Greek god of the sea. He had ten sons. Poseidon and his sons lived in a beautiful temple on the island.
The island was full of different animals and different types of food. For many years the people lived simple lives and were very happy.
Then they wanted to be rich. They were greedy. Zeus, the king of the gods, was angry. He made a wave. The island disappeared under the sea.

The lost gold.

In the 16th century Spanish explores sailed to South America. They listened to stories about El Dorado was an Indian king. He lived in Colombia.
Every years the Indians had a festival. They convered El Dorado in old dust. He sailed to the middle of a lake and dropped lost of gold treasure into the water.
The Spanish explorers looked for El Dorado's gold. It was impossible to find.

Are these legends true?          What do you think?
